  • I've only had this brace a few days, and today was the first day wearing it at work, where I use a mouse and keyboard constantly. I did not experience any pain while it was on. It is slender, not bulky at all like some braces, yet gives plenty of support. I had tried using an ace bandage prior to this, and it really didn't help very much. So I was pleasantly surprised at how much this helps. I have also been wearing it to bed. I was concerned it would be bothersome and would keep me awake, but it was so comfortable I didn't have any issues. The only real downside is that it does take some getting used to trying keep the one flap down and wrapping it around with one hand, but I am getting used to that. It just takes a little practice. Now I want to get another one for the other wrist provided it becomes available again.
  • So, I am using this brace for about a month now. My doctor asked me to use brace 24/7 while we figure out what’s happening with my wrist. And I am using all the time, so I can say that: comfortable. I also put in the wash machine once and it didn’t get destroyed or anything. It’s also a good size so it doesn’t look horrible in your hand or anything. When I started searching for wrist braces I found a bunch of overpriced ones that had 3 or 4 stars. This one has a good price and good quality.I only have good things to say about this product.
  • I purchased this brace for a friend of mine who has rheumatoid arthritis. She needed something she could wear for pain relief and stability while playing pickleball. This brace is superior to others she has tried. It is flexible and thin enough that she was able to wear the brace on her dominant hand and hold her pickleball paddle in that hand while playing. There is plenty of adjustment to allow her to wear it tightly or loosely, depending on the level of pain and weakness she is experiencing on any given day. It is comfortable enough for her to wear all day, and she even wears it to sleep in to give her some added support throughout the night. An added bonus: at times, she needs to wear it on her left hand instead of her right, and she is able to comfortably wear this brace on either hand. She received this brace on January 2, and has been wearing it daily since then. It seems to be holding up very well and is easy to wash out by hand. Thank you so much to the designer and manufacturer of this quality hand brace to keep my friend active and on the court!
  • It worked so well, I have already ordered a second one for my other hand! (It should be here today)!I’m not saying during the day my hand is completely pain-free, but it is SO much better that I can actually use my hand again! I was even able to “write” this review LOL - and I’ve only slept with it on for two nights. My pain has been so awful, I didn’t think something as simple as this would work. But it is!
  • I was initially concerned about getting the heavy duty version as I do tend to lift heavy dumbbells on my weight bench. However, the standard wraps are perfect for fairly aggressive dumbbell work, and provide great support with proper mobility for a lot of bodywork as well, such as push-ups, yoga, calisthenics, etc. This is one of the best purchases I’ve made for myself in quite some time. If you’ve been suffering from debilitating elbow or wrist issues like me, I definitely recommend you give these a try!
  • When I first got these, I felt that they were too stiff and bulky. I think they are made for men so they were way to large of my wrists. But after using them for a few weeks, I really do like them. The stiffness softens up a bit with usage (they are still to big but that just means i get extra protection). The thing that I love is that they protect my wrists so much that the tendinitis in my wrist barely bother me anymore (which is why I got them to begin with). The other thing that I loved is that it really care about their customers being satisfied and really back their products. They kept in touch with me to see about my progress and even offered to send me different wrist wraps (less stiff ones). The customer service in this company is outstanding and that made the experience even better,
  • Before I got these wraps I couldn't do push-ups, dips, curls, or overhead presses, just to name a few. Working out was nothing but pain and a frustration. Instead of giving up, I looked to the internet. Wrist wraps seemed to be the solution. As most people do, I passed up about five sports stores on the way home and jumped on Amazon. I landed on these wraps and am very happy that I did.I am now doing a large variety of workouts, including the ones at the beginning of this review, and am not only enjoying my workouts, I am seeing really nice gains! It wasn't possible until I made this purchase. The one problem I had was remembering how they go on. For the first week, I'd have to think about it and often got one on the wrong wrist or upside down. Then it occurred to me to write 'right' and 'left' on the top of each one and I get them both on within ten seconds now. Duh!
  • I was skeptical about these when I opened the box. Other reviewers are right, the material is crazy stiff. However, I soon found that the material gives them a distinct advantages over similar Velcro wraps. I used a similar looking pair of wraps that are made of more flexible material. While they provide excellent wrist reinforcement, they strangle the life out of your wrists and block circulation. I want, and usually have to, rip them off immediately after WODs or heavy sets. I was expecting the same to happen with version. I was ecstatic to learn that I could get the same level of support with these, but they do not block circulation at all. They just stay stiff and allow little openings for blood to flow. The flexible model conforms too closely around the wrists and just block everything off. So, I finally have a pair of wraps I can keep on for an entire workout. And once adjusted, they pretty much stay where you put 'em. The second major advantage of these is that the stiff material seems less likely to retain bad workout odors. The flexible material in other wraps are microbe magnets and stink like heck, even after a roll in the washing machine. So I highly recommend these over other brands.
  • I was not expecting a little circle to be able to do so much. My inner thighs are an area of struggle for me. They have been since I was a teen. Although I played a lot of sports and maintained a low weight, they were the one area that I was never able to target. This product does a great job of hitting that area! It helps with multiple muscle groups that may be overlooked through other exercise practices. The product springs back into shape after a work out. It is maintaining its effectiveness after a month of use 3x a week.
  • I ordered this circle because my old one was worn out. I researched a bit and this was one of the cheaper top recommended ones. My old one was not wrapped with rubber like this one is which is awesome when doing moves that the bars would normally dig into my legs. The resistance is good. I would like it to be more, but I have really strong legs - a friend of mine tried it and she almost struggled with it, but she doesn't hit the gym very often. If you have strong legs I'd recommend trying a different one because I don't know how long this one will last before it's not resistant enough for me. I have not used the video that came with it, might try it one day.
  • Well made; sturdy but not uncomfortable - pad inside and out. Comes with a CD of exercises, some of them impossible for me to do but gives me plenty of ideas. My Physical Therapist uses this as part of my rehab to do thigh squeezes while laying on my back. I will put this to good use as you can also use if to do chest/arm exercises by squeezing it. The exercise variations are endless - if you don't find one you like on the CD, you can probably think of a few to do on your own.
